AP Calculus BC is a rigorous, college-level mathematics course offered to high school students who have a strong foundation in algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and pre-calculus. It is designed for students who are ready to delve deeper into the study of calculus and covers the equivalent of two semesters of college calculus.
AP Physics 1 and 2 are college-level courses offered to high school students that provide a broad understanding of fundamental physics concepts through an algebra-based approach. These courses are designed to build a solid foundation in physics principles and prepare students for further studies in science and engineering
AP Physics C: Mechanics is a college-level physics course designed for high school students with a strong interest in physics, engineering, or other STEM fields. It is calculus-based, meaning students must have completed or be concurrently enrolled in a calculus course, as the curriculum relies heavily on mathematical analysis to understand physical phenomena.
The APCS course helps students get familiar with the concepts and tools of computer science. The course covers an in-depth Java programming language. Students gain hands-on work to design, write and test computer programs that solve problems or accomplish tasks. The summer program starts in the 3rd week of June.
