Digital SAT Math Exam Preparation

Classes meet 4 days a week for 1.5 hours each day. This is an intensive, accelerated class that gives students the opportunity not only to enrich their math understanding but also to deeply explore test-taking strategies in all math topics essential to an exceptional SAT score. These on-line classes are limited to 4-5 students each and use a proven format that ensures a dynamic, interactive learning environment with a highly experienced (over 8 years SAT prep teaching) instructor. Each class focuses in-depth on a major math area tested on the SAT. The course begins with students’ taking a mock, timed full SAT math test that is reviewed thoroughly in the first class. After the first class test review, the following classes are organized into four key SAT areas: heart of algebra, data analysis, advanced mathematics, and selected high-frequency SAT math topics. Classes in each area give special attention to word problems, a significant test emphasis of the SAT. The instructor coaches students in SAT test design and high-payoff test-taking strategies. The course concludes with a second mock, timed full SAT math test. The last class is a test review session that also identifies study plans and emphases to meet students’ individual needs.
