If you don't have a school ID, create a Microsoft account first at signup.live.com. Use your Gmail/Yahoo, fill in your details, and then sign in to Teams!
Microsoft Teams is an online platform used for classes, meetings, assignments, chats, and study materials. This guide will help you understand how to use it effectively.
1. What You Need Before Starting 🛠️
- A device: Laptop / Desktop / Tablet / Mobile phone
- Internet connection: Wi-Fi or mobile data
- Login Credentials: Your Teams ID and password (from school/institute)
2. How to Install Microsoft Teams 📥
Option A: Mobile
1. Open Google Play Store or App Store.
2. Search for Microsoft Teams.
3. Tap Install and open.
3. How to Sign In 🔑
- Open Microsoft Teams.
- Enter your email ID (provided by school).
- Enter your password.
- Click Sign In.

- Keep Camera ON/OFF as asked.
- Keep Microphone MUTE unless speaking.
